What we collect

When you send a project request through this website, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, company, role, phone number, email address, project address, project details, and any photos, plan documents, or links you provide.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, schedule job walks, prepare bids, and keep a record of our communication with you. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Job applications

If you apply for a job, we collect what you enter on the application, such as your name, contact information, work experience, and resume. We use it only to evaluate your application and contact you about employment. Applications and resumes are kept in our company's private Google account and shared only with the people who handle hiring.

Where it's stored

Project requests and job applications are emailed to our office and saved in our company's Google account (Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive). Access is limited to the Elite Sheet Metal staff who handle them.
