We walk the site, verify conditions, and take field measurements.

Takeoff & Bid
A detailed takeoff and a written bid with scope, exclusions, and schedule.

Submittals
Shop drawings, product data, and color samples for approval.

Fabrication
Components are built in our shop to the approved submittals.

Scheduling
We coordinate sequencing with the GC, roofer, and other trades.

Installation
Our crew installs with fall protection, site protection, and daily cleanup.

Water Test & Punch
We test the system, walk the punch list, and close every item.
